Shipping

We ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday ship on the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery times count from dispatch: 1–2 business days in Denmark, 2–4 business days in the rest of Europe, and 3–6 business days to the rest of the world, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Orders to Denmark are shipped with GLS. All other orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT if you are outside of the EU), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tangens Watches ApS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery time for your zone, please contact us at contact@tangens-watches.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns

You can return your watch within 30 days of receiving it. Email contact@tangens-watches.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form, then send the watch back within 14 days of telling us. Delivery to you is free; returns are at your cost, with the carrier of your choice. We refund you within 14 days of your notice, once the watch is back with us or you have shown us that you have sent it.

Please send the watch back with its original box and accessories, and any links removed from the bracelet. Its condition can reduce the refund if it has been handled beyond what is needed to examine it — missing links or a damaged bracelet are deducted — but it never removes your right to return it.
